Clare O'Connor (Art Deco Gal)
I am a feisty thirty-something lass from Scotland who loves life, glamour, and the Vintage trend, particularly the 1920s and 30s. I blog about Art Deco design, fashion and style under the nom de plume ‘Art Deco Gal.’ I also teach languages. I speak French, German, Spanish, Swedish and a little bit of Italian, Russian and Japanese. I have had a variety of jobs since graduating from University such as a dance teacher in Poland and a translator for the Swedish government in Stockholm. I now also write the odd column for Vintage Life Magazine and I write a regular Vintage Trend column for Lipmag; a feminist magazine in Australia. I love travel, vintage fashion, good food and wine, laughs with friends, my husband and writing. So, that’s me in a nutshell. I am delighted to contribute to the wonderful de Lovely affair!
